Find Support.
Build Community.
Meet the Mother You’re Becoming.

Welcome to The Village.

The Village is more than a perinatal support group. It is the community all new parents need.

The Village brings together first-time parents due around the same time in a small, nurturing community through pregnancy and the first year postpartum—offering connection, education, and mental health support.

Join a weekly 90-minute circle for moms-to-be, facilitated by therapists specializing in perinatal mental health, with partners invited to additional group sessions.

Invest in your relationship with yourself.

Becoming a parent can feel like unraveling to even the sturdiest among us. Intentionally moving through the identity shifts inherent in new parenthood can ease the discomfort that’s part of any major life transition.

The Village is your space to do that.

Find support in shared experience.

Social support is one of the biggest factors impacting the transition to parenthood. With The Village, you can expect encouragement, solidarity, and normalizing the surprising parts of parenthood, so you don’t end up wondering, “is this just me?”

The Village is the community every new parent needs.

The Village supports your matrescence—combining mental health care, real connection, and partner-inclusive support.

Matrescence is the profound physical, emotional, and identity shift of becoming a mother; it is far more complex than most people expect.

Having support (and language!) for matrescence matters, because understanding and tending to this transition can protect your mental health, strengthen your relationships, and help you feel grounded in yourself as everything changes.

The Village is a cohort-based educational support group, held weekly starting when participants are around 20 weeks pregnant.

We are currently enrolling pregnant people due in January 2027.

Interested, but not due in January 2027?

Drop your contact info below and we will be in touch if we open a group aligned with your due date.
